If a legal case needs to be pursued, our intelligent Online Claims System (OCS) guides claimants through the claims journey; and we decide within 5 days on whether a claim can proceed under the insurance policy. Once accepted, each claim is then assessed on its own legal merit using our specialist in-house lawyers or external panel solicitors. We then either fully fund the legal case or provide additional support and guidance to help the claimant reach a settlement.
