We are customer centric, and when it comes to affinity group LEI, we know that litigation is always the last resort.
That’s why we provide a holistic service – including a specialist Legal Assistance Helpline, a user-friendly Legal Assistance Portal including standard letters of complaint, advice trees and appointment service to help affinity group members to settle disputes as quickly as possible without resorting to the courts.
If a legal case needs to be pursued, our intelligent Online Claims System guides members through their claim; and we decide within 5 days on whether a claim can proceed under the insurance policy. Once accepted, each claim is then assessed on its own legal merit using specialist solicitors for each affinity sector. We then either fully fund the legal case or provide additional support and guidance to help the claimant reach a settlement.
