• Reimbursement of credit monitoring subscriptions following a cyber attack
• Restoration advice and assistance to restore devices to the state they were in prior to a cyber attack
• Legal costs following defamatory comments about the customer on social media
• Identity fraud legal costs, including removal of County Court Judgements, dealing with organisations applied to in the customer’s name and liaising with credit referencing agencies
• Security and crisis advice line to discuss the customer’s current cyber security measures and for immediate advice in the event of a cyber attack
• Cyber Support Helpline to discuss any cyber support problem occurring under the Crisis Response & Incident Management, Restoration and Credit Monitoring cover
• Legal Assistance Helpline to discuss any legal problem occurring from social defamation or personal identity fraud
• Lifestyle Counselling Helpline and online support service covering practical everyday matters to sensitive or emotional issues and help with sensitive or emotional issues resulting from cyber bullying and other cyber related issues
