PERSONAL INJURY REFORM WILL RESULT IN LEGAL EXPENSES PRODUCT INNOVATION

Arc Legal Assistance (Arc Legal) has welcomed the early publication of the government’s whiplash reforms and believes it will now provide the legal expenses insurance (LEI) industry with the opportunity to develop and introduce new product and service models to support customers.

A ‘one size fits all’ approach to legal expenses will not be appropriate.
