EVOLUTION AND ARC LEGAL TO PROVIDE COMMERCIAL COVER

Evolution and Arc Legal to provide legal expenses product.

SME insurer Evolution Underwriting has teamed up with Arc Legal Assistance to provide its customers with Commercial Legal Expenses cover.

The product, which is specifically designed to integrate with Evolution’s Commerce Protector offering, gives all policyholders 24-hour access to Arc Legal Assistance’s commercial legal helpline and also to legal expenses insurance incorporating special personal protection for company directors. The insurance cover is provided by Inter Partner Assistance, the ‘underwriting provision’ arm for AXA Assistance.
