BREXIT UPDATE

Following the United Kingdom’s exit from the European Union on the 31^st January 2021, the end of the transition period and subsequent end to financial services passporting, Arc Legal Assistance have now ceased all regulated activities in Ireland.

In preparation for this change, the management of all live Ireland schemes have been transferred to MIS Underwriting Limited based in Dundalk Ireland. MIS are an existing business partner of Arc Legal Assistance and have a successful history of managing legal expenses and assistance schemes in Ireland. For new business enquires please contact Stuart McClean at [email protected].

Arc Legal Assistance will continue to manage existing claims, in line with the temporary domestic run-off regime, Part 8 of the Withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union Act 2019 (the Irish Brexit Act.)
