ARC TO LINK HORSE OWNERS WITH LEGAL ADVICE

Arc Legal Assistance (Arc), the bespoke legal costs insurance assistance provider launched in April this year, has been appointed by the British Horse Society (BHS) to provide a legal advice service to its over 50,000 members in the UK.

The advice service, offered to BHS members as part of their membership benefits package, will provide a range of general and equestrian related legal advice. Members will have access to expert advice via a range of mediums including a dedicated telephone number and an online facility.

A unique aspect of the service will be the ability for members to gain further help beyond the advice stage through access to a range of wider legal services including will writing, conveyancing and matrimonial legal information which can be purchased separately on an individual basis.

BHS’s insurance advisors, South Essex Insurance Brokers Ltd, selected Arc as the advice line provider. Bob Pluck, Associate Director said:
