Arc Legal niche business growth sees claims team boost.

Arc Legal Assistance (Arc), the bespoke legal expenses insurance provider, has announced the appointment of Julie Rainbird as assistant claims manager.

As a result of the overall growth of Arc’s business Julie will have a specific remit focused on the management of niche classes of claims business as well as providing day to day assistance to the claims manager in supervising the claims team.

Her role will include liaising with solicitors and the authorisation and monitoring of claims. She will also work closely with Arc customers to ensure claims are processed effectively and efficiently.

Julie joins Arc with a background of working within the after the event insurance market, Previously she was with Amicus Legal Ltd where she was a legal advisor within the company’s conditional fee insurance department and helpline operation and prior to that worked at Greystoke Legal Services.

Julie will report to Arc’s claims manager, Rebecca Conway
