ARC LEGAL STRIKES DEAL WITH RENTSURANCE TO PROVIDE PACKAGE OF LANDLORD LEGAL EXPENSES AND ASSISTANCE SERVICES

Arc Legal Assistance has struck a deal with broker Rentsurance, part of the Fortiss Insurance group, to provide a bespoke package of legal expenses and assistance products to private landlords.

Arc Legal will provide Landlord Legal Expenses and Rent Guarantee cover as well as Property Emergency support for private landlords who are working with local councils placing tenants in council housing.

The offering will form part of a unique online vetting platform developed by Rentsurance that will allow councils to undertake extensive checks of new tenants, complemented by the Legal Expenses and Rent Guarantee product, to give their landlord partners confidence that their properties and income will be protected by experts.
