ARC LEGAL GROUP SECURES LEGAL HELPLINE DEAL WITH THE AA

Arc Legal Group (Arc Legal), the specialist provider of ancillary insurance products and services in the UK, has sealed a deal with the AA to provide a personal legal assistance helpline for its Silver and Gold motor breakdown members following a competitive tender process. The deal follows the expansion of Arc Legal’s in-house Legal Assistance Helpline solution earlier this year, which is set to handle over 50,000 calls over the next 12 months.

Under the new deal, Arc Legal Group will provide a legal helpline operating 24/7, 365 days a year which is expected to receive over an additional 7,000 calls per annum.

The AA was impressed with Arc Legal Group’s philosophy of offering outcome-focused legal support, designed to provide practical advice and solutions to help resolve issues rather than just technical legal guidance. It was also impressed with Arc Legal Group’s digital capabilities.
