ARC LEGAL GROUP ACHIEVES DOUBLE ISO CERTIFICATION

June 2023 - We take great pride in the service we provide to our partners and their customers; being able to offer a consistently high-quality service is one of the cornerstones of Arc Legal Group.

This year we’ve taken steps to formally demonstrate this by achieving ISO 9001 certification, the world’s most recognised quality management system standard. The standard is based on seven quality management principals, including having a strong customer focus, the involvement of top management and the drive for continual improvement.

Though we were already meeting many of the criteria set out for certification, the process also enabled us to strengthen our service and implement clear, repeatable processes to maintain these high standards.

Alongside ISO 9001, we have also achieved ISO 14001 certification, the international standard for environmental management systems (EMS). As Arc Legal continues to grow, I believe it’s important to build a sustainable business, with clear processes in place to manage our environmental responsibilities across the group.

I’d like to thank the teams for their hard work in going through the rigorous process of certification and helping us to demonstrate our complete commitment to these principles.
