ARC LEGAL APPOINTS CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, JASON LOGAN

Arc Legal Group, part of the AmTrust Financial Group, a specialist provider of ancillary products and services in the UK, has strengthened its Management Team with the appointment of Jason Logan as Chief Operating Officer.

An experienced change and transformation director with over thirty years’ experience in the financial services sector, Jason was previously the Transformation Integration Director for Provident Financial Group, and Change Director at Arthur J Gallagher. Jason was a founding director of a financial services management consultancy business for ten years, working with clients including QBE, Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank, Capita and BGL Group.

As COO at Arc Legal Group, Jason will assume responsibility for all internal functions that support the wider business, comprising Finance, Operations, IT, Facilities and Human Resources.

Arc Legal’s CEO, Frank O’Malley welcomed Jason stating:
