ARC LEGAL AND CAROLE NASH IN UNIQUE CLAIMS DEAL

Arc Legal and Carole Nash take to the road with bikers’ legal cover and unique claims deal.

Arc Legal Assistance (Arc), the bespoke legal expenses insurance provider, has developed a motor legal costs insurance product for major motorcycle broker, Carole Nash Insurance Consultants (Carole Nash). In a unique move in the sector, the product will cover the costs incurred by the firm’s own specialist solicitor panel.

Arc has provided expert assistance in designing, implementing and managing the day to day aspects of the claims service. This has enabled Carole Nash to retain direct control of their panel ensuring claimants continue to receive expert legal support.

Arc’s legal costs product, which will be offered as a mandatory part of the Carole Nash’s own motorcycle insurance cover, offers a range of biker specific legal costs cover for pursuing personal injury claims, defending motoring prosecutions and contractual disputes and ULR, in the UK and EU.
