Arc landlord package offers bespoke cover for brokers Hamilton Fraser

Arc Legal Assistance (Arc), the bespoke legal costs insurance provider, has developed a tailored package of landlord legal cover for brokers, Hamilton Fraser Insurance Solutions (Hamilton Fraser) specifically for their clients including the National Landlords Association.

The package, which includes property infringement and criminal prosecution defence covers, will be provided on a mandatory basis as part of Hamilton Fraser’s Landlord Solutions policy which is underwritten by AXA Insurance. Landlords will also be able to obtain full tenant dispute and rental guarantee cover as additional options to the package.

Property infringement cover provides indemnity for the legal costs associated with squatters’ unlawful entry to the insured’s property as well as boundary or other property disputes.
