ARC EXPANDS CLAIMS TEAM

Arc Legal Assistance (Arc), the bespoke legal costs insurance provider, has today announced, the appointment of Tina Thackray as Claims Advisor.

Tina will be responsible for vetting and managing claims, and will be involved in appointing solicitors and working closely with Arc’s customers throughout the claims process. Tina will provide support to Arc’s Claims Manager in all aspects of the management of legal expenses claims.

Rebecca Conway, Claims Manager of Arc said: “Tina brings to Arc a wealth of experience in the management of legal expenses claims, and she will play an important role in making our claims process more effective and responsive to our client’s needs.”

Tina is experienced in volume claims handling in the legal expenses sector, and has covered claims for Employment Disputes, Personal Injury and Professional Negligence. Tina joins Arc from Capita Insurance Services.
