ARC PARTNERS AXA ASSISTANCE IN FOLGATE MID-NET WORTH DEAL

Arc Legal Assistance (Arc), the bespoke legal costs insurance provider launched in April this year, in partnership with AXA Assistance is to provide legal assistance services in a home assistance package for ‘Connoisseur’, the Folgate Underwriting Agency’s new mid-net worth insurance product.

Arc will provide legal costs insurance incorporating specifically tailored areas of cover including for costs incurred in the defense of a claim arising from the sale or purchase of the customer’s principle place of residence and the pursuit of claims under the Data Protection Act 1998. A legal and tax advice telephone will also be available.

‘Connoisseur’ customers will also have access to an Emergency Property Assistance Insurance cover including certain costs relating to property damage, plumbing, heating, gas and electrical emergencies and removal of vermin, which is provided by AXA Assistance.
