Brokers will adapt following a ban on referral fees

The personal injury market has grown to such a level, that it will not disappear overnight if referral fees are banned. Brokers will change their business model and may take advantage of the reforms being brought about by the Legal Services Act which would, for example allow them to purchase an in-house solicitor.
