TAKING CARE OF PERSONAL ACCIDENTS

In addition to our Legal Expenses Insurance product range, we now provide a Personal Accident (PA) product as part of our expanded portfolio of ancillary products.

The policy is available to insurers and brokers as an optional add-on or embedded in an underlying motor insurance policy. The product covers a number of bodily injuries to the driver, passengers and spouse following a motor vehicle accident, with £50,000 and £100,000 limits available, as well as additional services such as access to a counselling helpline. Our cover is flexible, and we can provide tailored products to suit specific requirements.

As part of our offering we provide a full customer interface service for PA, consisting of managing claim notification via our Online Claims System, liaising with underwriters for technical claim decisions and communicating claim progress and outcomes with the policyholder.

We can also provide a PA product to cover accidents occurring within the home to be provided as part of a Home Insurance offering.
