LSL PROPERTY SERVICES RETURN TO ARC LEGAL FOR COMPREHENSIVE LANDLORD LEGAL EXPENSES SCHEME

LSL Property Services (LSL), a leading residential property services provider has returned to Arc Legal Assistance (Arc Legal) to provide an enhanced suite of Legal Expenses and Home Emergency insurance.

LSL, which includes brands such as Your Move and Reeds Rains provides its customers with a range of insurance products under its ‘First2Protect’ range administered via its regulated mortgages and protection division, First Complete.

As part of the new scheme, to be offered to landlords through First Complete’s new First2Protect Insurance Services brand, Arc Legal will provide specialised Landlords Legal Expenses and Rent Guarantee to cover a range of property owners’ risks including tenant eviction, pursuit of rent arrears and property infringement and damage.

In addition, Arc Legal is offering Family Legal Expenses and Home Emergency Insurance f which is provided by Arc Legal partner, AXA Assistance, to be sold alongside First2Protect Home Insurance.
