In this special focus, Peter Harvey, Deputy Chief Executive of Arc Legal, talked to Insurance Age about the bespoke products we offer brokers and how 2022 might shape up for the wider market.

In the article Peter explains how Arc Legal now manages over 21 million policies and 30,000 claims a year, including 4.6 million Family Legal Expenses and 6.6 million Motor Legal Expenses Insurance policies. Peter talks about the reasons for this success, partly, he adds, because “we recognise that a ‘one size fits all’ approach simply doesn’t work. Therefore, we look at each client’s requirements on an individual basis and develop bespoke, often ‘white-labelled’ arrangements to meet their specific needs.
