Arc Legal tackles travel legal claims issues with proactive management approach.

A proactive approach to the management of travel legal claims has enabled Arc Legal Assistance (Arc Legal), the bespoke legal costs insurance provider, to provide greater control over their settlement and costs. The success of this process has led to the renewal of a prestigious contract with AXA Assistance to provide cover for Lloyds TSB, one of the largest travel insurance accounts in the UK.

Arc Legal’s unique approach provides effective management by developing bespoke processes and solicitor arrangements, which provided a highly streamlined case management system.
