ARC LEGAL LAND FIRST CHANNEL ISLANDS DEAL

Arc Legal Assistance (Arc Legal), a leading legal expenses provider, has expanded into the Channel Islands with a new personal motor and family legal expenses deal for Rossborough insurance brokers (via AXA Assistance).

Commenting on Arc Legal’s selection, Rob Hewlett ACII, Director of Rossborough, said: “Arc Legal’s expertise and experience has enabled us to offer our customers support focused on key areas of need – for example, providing our Portuguese speaking motor clients with legal advisers fluent in that language.

“Their flexible approach and proven track record has also enabled us to consolidate our legal expenses requirement into a single provider.”

Arc Legal will utilize its existing panel of UK law firms to manage the claims process. Local law firms will be used where proceedings are required.
