Our Claims Advisers aim to complete an insurance assessment within 5 working days. This initial review may require further information before a claim can be fully assessed. Once accepted, each claim is evaluated on its own legal merit by our specialist in-house lawyers or external panel solicitors. We then either fully fund the legal case or provide additional support and guidance to help you reach a resolution.
