Arc Legal Assistance (Arc Legal) has secured a deal to provide commercial legal expenses and an extended online Employment Manual service to Swinton Commercial. The deal doubles Arc Legal’s commercial legal expenses policy base to over 60,000 representing a net premium income of nearly £3million.

Arc Legal is providing Swinton Commercial with a comprehensive legal expenses policy geared to protecting small and medium sized enterprises against key legal risks including employment and contractual disputes.

As part of its growth strategy within the commercial legal expenses market, Arc Legal has also launched a new extensive online employment manual service in partnership with Irwin Mitchell. The manual provides guidance and practical documentation on employment law and the processes and procedures representing good employment practice. The manual is provided as part of the commercial legal policy.
