Arc Legal launches motor product to maximise broker revenue

Arc Legal has developed a non-fault motor legal expenses product that enables brokers to maximise their revenue earnings potential, whilst delivering a first class customer claims experience.

Arc Legal only generates revenue from the insurance premium, which means brokers are passed 100\% of any commission available rather than retaining all or part of this to increase their own profitability.

Heath Lambert Insurance Services - Norwich (Heath Lambert), the personal lines division of the UK's leading independent insurance broker is one of the first brokers to use the product. Arc Legal has also been appointed to arrange a first notification of loss service, in order to capture any personal injury and hire and repair claims from Heath Lambert's motor policyholder involved in a non-fault accident.

Arc Legal continues to drive the market in the provision of legal services business aligned to the Legal Services Act. The company has recently been appointed by Life & Legal, an employee benefits provider specialising in legal, financial and lifestyle benefits and services to offer a package of tailored group legal protection cover and legal products.

Life & Legal clients including a number of multi-national global brands and household names will have access to cover for the costs relating to employment and personal matters for employees including discounted uninsured legal products such as will writing, conveyancing and family law services.

The package has been arranged by 3XD, a specialist insurance provider offering general insurance products through financial intermediaries. The cover is underwritten by Groupama Insurances, one of the UK's leading general insurers.
