Arc Legal partners AI claims solutions PLC with cover for firm’s own motor solicitor panel.

Arc Legal Assistance (Arc) has today announced its appointment as legal costs insurance provider for Ai Claims Solutions PLC (“Ai”) . Arc will provide cover for personal injury and uninsured loss recovery claims following non-fault road traffic accidents.

Blackpool-based Ai, which provides motor claims management services to large motor insurers and brokers, will use Arc to deliver a high quality legal cost product, called Protecta, to support its existing motor insurance claims service offerings. All claims under the cover will be handled by Ai’s own panel.

Richard Finan, Director of Arc said: “The flexibility of our business model was a key factor in Ai’s decision to work with us. Together we have been able to develop an offering which met their specific requirements to encompass its own solicitor panel and to dovetail with its existing working practices.”

Earlier this year Arc announced a deal with Carole Nash Insurance Consultants which saw them develop a bespoke motor legal costs insurance product covering the costs incurred by the firm’s own specialist biker solicitor panel.
