ARC LAUNCHES FIRST TAX PROTECTION SCHEME

Arc Legal Assistance (Arc), the bespoke legal costs insurance provider, today launches its first tax protection scheme, for the National Landlord Association (NLA).

The scheme, provided in partnership with the NLA’s brokers, Hamilton Fraser Insurance Solutions plc (Hamilton Fraser) will offer cover for the professional fees associated with Inland Revenue and HM Customs and Excise investigations. Arc’s policy will cover Full Enquires, Aspect Enquires and VAT Disputes.

Arc’s bespoke approach and experience in developing legal costs insurance for the landlord sector has enabled the company to provide an effective scheme offering a higher limit of professional indemnity and a lower excess than the NLA’s previous scheme provider.
