Lee Taylor, Chief Executive Officer

As an expert in the specialty insurance and assistance space, Lee has spent the last two decades with Allianz Partners, where he served as Chief Sales Officer of UK & Ireland and as CEO of Allianz Partners Benelux & Nordics. Lee joined Arc Legal in October 2024 and hopes to ensure continued focus on quality and service delivery for our partners and customers while expanding Arc Legal’s portfolio. Delivery of innovative products and services that meet the needs of the end customer within the regulatory framework will be our focus moving forward.

Peter Harvey, Deputy Chief Executive

With over 25 years’ experience in the general insurance market in senior roles at NFU Mutual, Swinton Group and Gallagher, Peter joined Arc Legal in 2018 as Head of Ireland and was soon appointed as the business’s Director of Corporate Relations, responsible for the UK account management team. 

In 2019 he was appointed to the role of Deputy Chief Executive, and has responsibility for all the group’s commercial activities.

Rebecca Conway, Chief Claims Officer

Rebecca has been with Arc Legal since 2005, managing our Legal Expenses Insurance claims service and helpline function. Rebecca has been instrumental in developing our service proposition and drives our continuous improvement approach to advice and claims handling.

Jason Logan, Chief Operating Officer

Jason is responsible for all internal functions which support the wider business, including Finance, Operations, IT, Facilities and Human Resources.
 
Day to day, Jason works closely with our Commercial and Customer facing operations to ensure we are delivering an optimum service to our customers through identifying improvements and adopting change programmes to provide a consistent service.

Amie Bromley, Business Services Director

Amie has worked within the business since 2010, starting in Claims Handling followed by specialised operational roles, and is responsible for Arc Legal’s Supply Chain and Customer Relations functions.
 
With a strong focus on service improvements, Amie is currently enhancing our oversight and management of our third-party suppliers to ensure efficiency and high-quality service for the business.

Edward Hance, Director of Underwriting

Edward joined the business in 2009, originally in a partnerships management role, and in 2020 was promoted to an Associate Director role. Edward has built up extensive actuarial experience over this time by working with our corporate partners; this includes partners who underwrite the Legal Expenses Insurance risk themselves and rely on Arc Legal for underwriting and actuarial support and analysis.
 
Edward was appointed Director of Underwriting in September 2022, and his experience allows us to set pricing, which is not only sustainable and profitable for underwriters, but also competitive for our partners.

Sean Kilbourn, Director of Business Control & Governance

Sean oversees all aspects of governance, conduct and compliance, working closely with Tim Mullin on product governance matters. Sean has implemented our conduct operation and regime and is available to ensure alignment between our own conduct requirements and those of our partners.

Tim Mullin, Director of Product Governance & Insurer Strategy

Tim has worked in the Legal Expenses Insurance and Ancillary products market for over 20 years and specialises in managing products and ensuring high levels of value, in line with regulatory requirements. Tim has responsibility for all aspects of product development and governance.
