ARC LEGAL APPOINTED AS LEGAL EXPENSES SERVICES SUPPLIER FOR RSA

Arc Legal Assistance (Arc Legal), a leading provider of legal expenses insurance and assistance services provider in the UK and Republic of Ireland,  has been appointed by RSA as its supplier of legal expenses insurance services across its personal and commercial product lines.

The deal represents a significant growth in Arc Legal’s family and commercial legal expenses portfolio, increasing policy count by over 15% for both product lines.

Under the arrangement, RSA will continue to underwrite the products, with Arc Legal providing claims and solicitor management services, product development & actuarial support and ongoing guidance on compliance & regulatory matters.

Arc Legal has devised a bespoke working process for RSA, introducing a number of improvements to the customer journey, including the provision of digital claim submission methods for customers.
