As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) lockdown restrictions continue to ease in the United Kingdom, we continue to review our working practices to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees, in line with Government guidance.

Our office in Colchester is now open to a limited number of employees. The remainder of our employees will continue to work from home, who all have secure access to our systems, and we will continue to operate during our normal hours of 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

For customers who have previously submitted claims, your allocated Arc Legal Claims Adviser can be contacted by emailing (quoting the claim number in the subject heading). If the enquiry is urgent, please call 0344 770 9000 and your enquiry will be dealt by a member of the team.

If you haven’t yet submitted a claim and require assistance or legal advice, our Legal Helpline service will continue to be in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, details of which can be found in your policy booklet.

We will continue to monitor the situation in line with future advice and guidance from the Government, which may result in changes to our working practices where necessary.
