Arc Legal bolsters executive team with new appointments

February 2026 - Arc Legal Group announced two appointments to its executive team.

Colchester, UK, 9 February 2026: Arc Legal Group (Arc Legal), part of ANV, a leading provider of Legal Expenses Insurance and Assistance products, has announced two appointments to its executive team: Ashley Law, who undertakes the role of Chief Operating Officer and Helen Addison-Turvey who joins as Director of Customer.

Ashley brings extensive experience in operational leadership, business transformation and strategic delivery across the insurance sector, with previous management roles at Somerset Bridge, MAPFRE Assistance and Saga. With a proven track record of driving organisation performance, Ashley will oversee day-to-day operations and lead the development of processes that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Helen brings a wealth of experience in the customer service sector, having held senior leadership roles for many years, most recently serving as a Customer Satisfaction Director at Bulk. In this newly created role, Helen oversees all customer service functions, ensuring customers receive a modern, market leading service that achieves the best possible outcomes when accessing our services and products. Helen will also be responsible for identifying how technology, both current and emerging, can improve the way that customers interact with us, and creating efficiencies within our operation.

The appointment of Helen and Ashley support the business’ ambitious growth plans, by underpinning an already strong customer service environment which is backed by a robust operational framework.
