Arc Legal Group announces CEO transition

March 2026 - Arc Legal Group announced the appointment of Ashley Law as its Chief Executive Officer.

Colchester, UK, 31 March 2026: Arc Legal Group (“Arc Legal”), part of ANV Group Holdings (“ANV”), and a leading provider of legal expenses insurance and assistance products, announced the appointment of Ashley Law as its Chief Executive Officer, following Lee Taylor’s decision to step down as CEO for personal reasons effective 1 May 2026, subject to regulatory approval. Mr. Taylor will remain with the business until the end of June to support a smooth handover.

Over recent months, Arc Legal has strengthened its senior management to support the next phase of its growth, underpinned by robust operational foundations and a clear strategic direction. Mr. Law, who joined the business as COO in December 2025, has played a key role in in this work and will lead the organisation as it executes its strategy.
