Ricky’s career spanned 25 years within the BGL Group, where he held multiple roles, including Sales Consultant, and Sales Team Leader, before moving to Group Product Development as a Product Development Executive and then advancing to an Insurer Trading Manager. Ricky then spent just over two years as a Panel Manager at comparethemarket.com before joining Arc Legal.
In his new role, Ricky will be responsible for maintaining key relationships with our partners and contributing to our growth strategy. Ricky will report to James Waddy, Head of Partnerships & Developments, at Arc Legal.
