The cold weather is setting in and we have your customers covered this winter with a rapid emergency response service delivered by a dedicated nationwide contractor network to deliver a genuine emergency service.
 
Following a successful 2023/2024, our response capabilities have been further enhanced with a new telephone system and an expanded team to meet increased demand during busier periods.
 
Our product is suitable for residential properties (including landlords) as well as specialist property types such as park and holiday homes. Our product can be included as an automatic benefit in an underlying property insurance policy or as an optional add-on. Our products are feature rich, covering a wide range of perils with flexible indemnity levels.
 
When it comes to any home emergency, we know that resolving the issue quickly and to a high standard is essential. We have a track record of consistent excellence throughout the year, no matter the season. For example, we resolve an average of 90% of emergencies at first attendance and 97% of emergencies were resolved within 24 hours.
