SAGA SELECTS ARC LEGAL FOR LANDLORD LEGAL EXPENSES COVER

Arc Legal Assistance (Arc Legal) has been selected by Saga to provide a Landlord Legal Expenses policy included within its new dedicated Landlord Home Insurance product.

Saga’s customers will have automatic cover for pursuing proceedings to evict tenants or recover possession of the property in the event of a breach of the terms of the tenancy agreement, defence of criminal prosecutions under specified gas, electrical equipment and furniture and furnishing regulations, contract disputes, as well as non-tenancy related property infringement or damage. There are also rent guarantee cover options available.
