NEW KEY APPOINTMENTS REFLECT ARC LEGAL GROWTH

Arc Legal Assistance (Arc Legal), the specialist legal expenses insurance provider, has announced a number of new key appointments reflecting its continuing growth and strengthening market position.

Jacquie McKenzie joins Arc Legal as Operations Manager with responsibility for organising and supervising all the company’s operations and administrative services. Jacquie will also manage the customer service data and assist in the production of management information. She joins from Capita Insurance Services, where she was Head of Claims. Jacquie has over 24 years experience in the legal expenses insurance sector and has a wealth of knowledge and experience covering claims, operational team management, IT business support and management information.

Philip Wood joins as Financial Controller with responsibility for all aspects of the company’s finances and accounting. He will also play an important role in maintaining strong working relationships with our underwriting partners. He has extensive and broad experience in the financial accounting sector and joins the company from Wood and Disney Accountants.

Edward Hance joins Arc Legal as Account Executive. He will support the business development activities of the company including client liaison. Edward recently graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a Business Studies (Marketing) degree.
