CCV LETTING AGENTS SOLUTIONS USE ARC LEGAL TO ENTER RENTAL MARKET

Arc Legal Assistance (Arc Legal), the bespoke legal expenses insurance provider, has

today announced its appointment by CCV Letting Agents Solutions (CCV LAS), part of Cullum Capital Ventures, one of the UK’s largest independent intermediaries, to provide landlords legal and rent guarantee protection claims handling services following CCV LAS’s launch into this growing market.

Arc Legal will receive claim notifications and handle all claims through to settlement. This process involves instructing and managing solicitors and other agents to recover possession of properties and making rental guarantee payments. The insurance is underwritten by Groupama Insurances, who have reviewed and approved Arc Legal’s claims handling processes.
