ARC OFFERS SQUATTER EVICTION COVER

Arc Legal Assistance (Arc), the bespoke legal costs insurance provider, has developed a new legal costs package that includes assistance to remove squatters for clients of J R Clare Underwriting Agencies’s (J R Clare) Cavendish High Net Worth household insurance cover.

Arc cover is provided as an automatic part of a comprehensive package of benefits. It includes providing legal costs to fund the eviction of an unauthorised occupant from the insured’s property or land. In addition, Arc will provide dedicated legal and domestic assistance helplines.

Arc is also offering a standard household legal costs package for J R Clare’s UK Household coverholder products. The package will be available on an optional basis.
