ARC LEGAL IN COMMERCIAL LANDLORD RENTAL PRODUCT DEAL WITH SWINTON

Arc Legal Assistance (Arc Legal), a leading legal expenses insurance provider, has moved to strengthen its position in the landlord legal protection market with the launch of a commercial rental guarantee product for semi-professional landlords through Swinton Commercial, a major player in the commercial insurance market. The product is part of a new package of protection to be offered by the high street broker.

Arc Legal’s cover responds to the needs of landlords with smaller portfolios of properties by offering cover applicable to the specific exposures they face. The product will provide legal expenses and rental guarantee including protection against legal costs associated with tenant eviction, non-tenant property infringements and tax disputes and defaults in rental payments. The package also includes access to a tenant referencing service through Arc Legal’s partnership with Experian.
