COMMERCIAL LEGAL EXPENSES

SME’s need legal protection more than ever, so the industry needs to respond to the needs of the smaller business to increase the demand for commercial legal expenses, according to Frank O’Malley of Arc Legal.

Traditionally, the cover has been sold as a standalone product but there is now a move towards it being part of a package to increase its appeal to smaller businesses. The price tends to be lower than that of the standalone product, which may prove to see greater numbers of SME’s purchasing the cover in the long term.
