Arc Legal team up with the Federation of Sales Professionals for personal legal cover

Arc Legal has been appointed to provide a personal legal expenses product for members of The Federation of Sales Professionals (TFOSP).

The product provides protection in three main areas - Employment Pursuit, ID Theft and Property Infringement as well as cover for personal injury pursuit, motor prosecution defence and consumer disputes. The product is offered to members as part of the Federation’s membership service to individuals working in a professional sales role.

In addition to the cover Arc Legal is also providing members with access to a 24/7 legal helpline.

Arc Legal continues to expand its Police Federation business with Lancashire deal

Working with Insurance Broker, Roland Smith, Arc Legal has been appointed to provide Legal Expenses insurance cover to protect off duty police officers who are members of the Lancashire Police Federation.

The policy extends to cover family members, offering protection in a number of areas including: prosecution defence, property pursuit cover and employment cover for the member’s spouse.

New deals strengthen Arc Legal’s Landlords Legal Expenses business

Arc Legal has further strengthened its position as a market leader within the Landlords Legal Expenses market with deals to support two new ventures.

Redbrick Tenant Assessment is a new venture launched by The Paragon Group, a leading mortgage origination company and specialist loan servicer for third parties, Arc Legal has been appointed to provide legal expenses and rental guarantee insurance as an integral part of its full tenant referencing service The deal builds on Arc Legal’s existing long-term partnership with The Paragon Group

The second new deal will see Arc Legal provide a landlords legal expenses and rental guarantee product to Generation Insurance Software, a comprehensive underwriting system designed to provide brokers with the ability to transact package insurance business in a flexible and efficient way. The product will be a key part of the company’s drive to build its residential, commercial and portfolio property owners business .

Arc Legal has been chosen by Canter Levin & Berg Solicitors to provide specialised employment disputes and awards of compensation insurance to their business clients

The policy provides indemnity for Legal Expenses and Awards of Compensation incurred in defending any claim or legal proceedings made or brought against the Insured.

As part of the service Canter Levin & Berg Solicitors will provide full outsourced human resources services including employment advice and consultancy.

This partnership develops Arc Legal’s relationship with the solicitor firm and emphasis the company’s ability to provide bespoke solutions to each client’s needs

Arc Legal new deal puts Motoring First in the driving seat

Arc Legal has partnered with Motoring First, a newly created company, specialising in providing cover against motoring prosecutions to offer Motor Prosecution Defence cover.

The motor prosecution insurance market is continuing to develop and Arc Legal is delighted that it is able to offer its services within this growing sector.

The policy will provide cover for legal costs arising from a prosecution for a driving offence.
