Each member of the team has a wealth of experience in the legal expenses and assistance services market. They now blend their extensive knowledge of the market together to make up the Arc Legal team.

FRANK O’MALLEY - Director

Prior to the establishment of Arc Legal, Frank’s experience in the legal expenses insurance market included senior management positions heading up claims, underwriting and business development teams.

Frank specialises in affinity group business for both personal lines and commercial customers and manages key accounts in these areas. Frank also has responsibility for the company’s claims, compliance and IT teams and supplier relationships.
