Each member of the team has a wealth of experience in the legal expenses and assistance services market. They now blend their extensive knowledge of the market together to make up the Arc Legal team.

HELEN WITHERS - Managing Director

Helen has broad, senior level experience of developing and running businesses within the legal expenses market. Previously, she has held Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary roles in a major financial institution.

Working with co-directors, Frank O’Malley and Richard Finan, Helen designed the Arc Legal business model and launched the company in 2003. Helen continues to work in the development and management of flexible and innovative legal solutions for blue chip organisations and has established Arc Legal as one of the UK’s largest specialist providers of travel legal expenses insurance claims management services.
